We utilize the moderation tool 'Melonly' to assist us in various functions, ranging from issuing infractions to members to managing leave of absences. Melonly is a web-based system. To access these tools, you must be a member of the Melonly server. Instructions on how to join, as well as the access code, will be provided below. Additionally, this section will include a variety of sub-pages. These sub-pages will provide information about the usage of the different tools within Melonly.

Setting up Melonly

To join our Melonly server, you need to submit a membership request. Follow the step-by-step process outlined below to do this.

Visit https://melonly.xyz/ and log in with your Discord account. You can do this by clicking the avatar icon at the top-right corner of your screen and following the instructions.
After logging into your Discord account, click the avatar icon in the top-right corner of your screen once more, and then select 'Manage Linked Roblox Account'. Instructions on how to link your Roblox Account can be found below.
Now, click the 'Get Started' button. From there, you will need to click the 'Join a Server' button.
You will now be asked for a join code. The join code for our Melonly server is JTKGLI.
Your membership request will now be pending until it is accepted by a management member. Once a management member accepts your request, you will have full access to our Melonly server.

Roblox Account Linking

You need to link your Roblox account to Melonly before you can do anything.

Click the 'Manage Linked Roblox Account' button. You will now be taken to a page where you will need to click the 'Link Roblox Account' button.
Upon clicking the button, you will be taken to a page where you will select the Roblox Account that you want to link. If Melonly has already selected the correct account, click the "Continue" button.
Now, you will be taken to a page which will outline the information that Melonly can access. After reading this page, click the 'Confirm and Give Access'.
You have now successfully linked your Roblox Account to Melonly. If you ever want to re-link your account or link a different Roblox account, simply click the 'Manage Linked Roblox Account'.
