Staff Agreement

This Staff Agreement is in effect from the moment you join our staff team until the point where you leave, whether that is due to retirement or termination. It is your responsibility to review this Staff Agreement, as it still applies even if you haven't reviewed it. As a staff member, it is your responsibility to maintain a professional and well-moderated environment for both our Discord and in-game servers to provide the best possible experience for our community members. This responsibility requires you to moderate fairly and without bias, and to have a thorough knowledge of our rules and procedures. You agree to perform your duties to the best of your ability by staying up to date with all our rules, the information within this Staff Handbook, and by following all the Staff Policies, Staff Guidelines and staff procedures set out for you.

You acknowledge and accept that you can be terminated from our staff team at any time without notice or a specific reason, although a reason will always be provided for terminations. You also acknowledge that you can receive a staff infraction at any time for violating our Staff Guidelines or Policies, regardless of how minor the violation is. You have the right to appeal any infractions you believe are unjust, including terminations, using the staff infraction appeal process. If you are found to be in violation of this agreement, you are subject to removal from our staff team, regardless of the severity of the offense. It is important to consider all of the Staff Policies and Staff Guidelines we uphold when conducting yourself in a manner that could potentially violate any of them. Violations of this agreement are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and no excuses for violation will be tolerated, as mentioned above. This agreement stands whether it is reviewed or not. This Staff Agreement may be updated or altered at any time. You will be informed of any updates to this Staff Agreement, no matter how minor they may be.
