Staff Infractions

As a staff member, you are held to high standards and must adhere to our Staff Guidelines and Policies at all times. If you are found to be in violation of any of these guidelines or policies, you will receive a staff infraction. It is mandatory to follow all guidelines and policies. You can appeal a Staff Infraction given to you by using the Staff Infraction Appeal form. This form, along with more information about the appeal process, can be found below.

Staff Infraction Information

Staff Infractions are given by the management team if they believe you are in violation of any of our Staff Policiesor Staff Guidelines that we uphold. The management team reserve the right to infract you for any violation of these policies or guidelines, no matter how minor the violations are. You acknowledged and accepted this in the Staff Agreement you signed when joining our team. The Staff Infraction structure will always be followed and is outlined below. Strike 1 > Strike 2 > Strike 3 > Termination When you are issued a staff infraction, a member of the management or directors team will send you a direct message. This message will contain the reason for your infraction and the name of the person who issued it. The proof or evidence for your infraction will not be included in this message. For privacy reasons, you also cannot request to see the proof or evidence used for your infraction.

Staff Infraction Appeal

You can appeal any staff infractions you receive, including terminations. Staff Infraction Appeals are reviewed by the management team, with termination appeals specifically being reviewed by a Director. Appeal results are released weekly, provided there are any submitted appeals.

Appeal Guidelines

There are guidelines you need to follow when appealing a staff infraction.

• The information in your appeal must be accurate. Your Staff Infraction Appeal may be denied by the management team if it is not.

• You can appeal a staff infraction as many times as needed.

• If you are appealing multiple infractions, you need to submit a separate Staff Infraction Appeal form for each infraction you're appealing.
