Action Logging
This page was last reviewed on January 19, 2025.
Actions are used to log certain events that occur within the in-game server. Currently, you can log Rule Briefings, Team Removals, and Priorities through actions. Actions are logged through Melonly and are then stored within a Discord channel, as well as on the Moderator Panel. To access Actions, head to the 'Panel Toolbox' and then select 'Execute Action'.
Rule Briefings
Use the 'Rule Briefing' action to log when a Rules Briefing occurs. Below you will find the information and guidelines relating to the use of this action.
When logging a Rule Briefing, the only thing you need to log is the Roblox username(s) of the other staff members who participated in the Rule Briefing.
Only one person needs to log the Rule Briefing. This person doesn't necessarily need to be the host, but it is advised that the host does log the Rule Briefing.
Team Removal
Use the 'Team Removal' action to log when you remove someone from a team. Below you will find the information and guidelines relating to the use of this action.
When logging a Team Removal, you will need the Roblox Username of the person you removed from the team, as well as the Removal Reason and Removal Time.
If you are logging multiple Team Removals, you will need to log them separately.
The Removal Reason must be valid. You cannot remove someone from a team for a minor violation of the in-game rules. Their actions must be causing significant disruption.
The maximum duration for which someone can be removed from a team is 1 hour. It is advised that this measure is only used in the most extreme of cases.
Individual Priority
Use the 'Individual Priority' action to log when a user takes part in a priority (To view the priorities that lead to an individual priority being given, click here). Server-wide peacetimes are not logged through an action as it is unnecessary. Below you will find the information and guidelines relating to the use of this action.
When logging an Individual Priority, you will need the Roblox Username(s) of the persons(s) involved, the Priority Type and Staff Approval.
In situations where multiple people were in the same priority, you will still list all of the users involved, separated by a comma
,
.If you are logging a hostage or kidnapping scenario, you will indicate within the 'Roblox Username' section whether the individuals were a hostage taker or a hostage (the terms 'hostage taker' and 'hostage' apply for both the hostage and kidnapping scenarios). You will highlight this by placing the correct term within brackets
()
after their Roblox Username.(Hostage)
- to be used for the person who is being held hostage/has been kidnapped.(Hostage Taker)
- to be used for the person who is holding the other hostage/kidnapped.
