Staff Payment

We provide Robux payments to staff members who meet specific criteria or achieve an award. Currently, our payment system comprises of Staff Activity Pay and Staff of the Month Pay. The amount given for each of these payments will be detailed below.
Staff Activity Pay
Staff Activity Pay is awarded to staff members based on their ability to meet and exceed shift requirements throughout the month. There are various ways for staff members to earn Staff Activity Pay, which will be outlined below. To receive the Robux, you must be a member of our Roblox Group for a minimum of 2 weeks, as per Roblox's requirements.
If you are in the Top 10 on the shift leaderboard at the end of the month during the activity checks, you will receive 300 Robux as a reward.
If you achieve more than 100 hours of shift time by the end of the month, you will receive an additional 300 Robux on top of any other pay you have received.
If you achieve more than 50 hours of shift time by the end of the month, you will receive an additional 150 Robux on top of any other pay you have received.
To receive the additional payments, staff members are not required to be in the Top 10 of the shift leaderboard at the end of the month. Additional payments do not stack. If you are eligible to receive any form of Staff Activity Pay, you will be notified in the activity checks channel.
Staff Payment Policy for new staff members. This section outlines our policy for new staff members receiving staff payments and was last revised on October 31 at 2:43 p.m. As a new staff member joining our team, you are entitled to any form of staff payment provided you have been a moderator for a minimum of two weeks during the activity wave. Any hours logged as a trial moderator will be deducted from your total hours, which may affect your eligibility for staff payment.
Failure to meet priority hours requirement. This section outlines our policy regarding staff payment for those who fail to meet their priority hours requirement. It was last revised on January 19 at 10:10 PM. If you fail to meet the minimum requirement of 4 hours on a priority shift during the month, your staff payment will be reduced by half (if you are eligible for staff payment that month), even if you meet or exceed the overall activity requirement. You will also become ineligible to receive Staff of the Month and the associated staff payment.
Staff of the Month Pay
The Staff of the Month Pay is awarded to the staff member who receives the Staff of the Month award from management. If you achieve this award, you will receive 500 Robux. In order to receive the Robux, you must be in our Main Roblox Group. This award is given out at the end of the month in line with activity checks. The person who receives this award will be notified through staff announcements.
